FAQ
1) Can I cancel my order after it ships?
If you need to cancel, email us at support@harevi.com as soon as you can. Once the order has been processed or handed over to the carrier, we’re no longer able to cancel it.
2) What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
Send us an email at support@harevi.com and include a clear photo of the issue. We’ll take a look and let you know the next steps.
3) How do returns work and how do I start one?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed. After 30 days, returns aren’t accepted. To get started, email support@harevi.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please pack the return securely and send it with a reliable carrier. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
4) When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. This can take up to 7 days after approval. We don’t charge any restocking fees.
5) Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Just email support@harevi.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
