Order Processing

Harevi is committed to processing and delivering customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. Orders submitted through our website are generally reviewed, verified, and prepared for shipment within zero (0) to two (2) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-5) are typically eligible for same-day processing; however, processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, inventory verification, and operational requirements.

Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost for all eligible orders within United States

Following shipment, delivery is generally completed within five (5) to eight (8) business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary based on destination, carrier operations, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Harevi.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided once a shipment has been released to the carrier. Customers may use the tracking information supplied in the shipping confirmation email to monitor the progress of their delivery. Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur. Such delays may result from circumstances beyond Harevi's control, including adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier service interruptions, increased seasonal shipping volume, or other unforeseen logistical events.

If a shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, customers are encouraged to review the latest tracking updates before contacting our support team. Additional assistance may be requested by emailing support@harevi.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to investigate the shipment status with the applicable carrier.

Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact support@harevi.com as soon as possible after completing their purchase. Cancellation requests may only be accommodated before an order enters active processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation.

Once an order has been processed or transferred to a carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. Any available remedies after shipment will be governed by the applicable Refund & Return Policy.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If merchandise is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers should notify Harevi promptly upon delivery. To assist with the review process, customers may be asked to provide the order number together with clear photographs of the item received and, where applicable, the external packaging.

Upon review of the information provided, Harevi will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the claim, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.
