Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Harevi permits returns within thirty (30) days of the date an order is delivered to the customer. Return requests submitted after the expiration of the thirty-day period will not be eligible for acceptance.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, accessories, and accompanying materials. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

To initiate a return request, customers should contact support@harevi.com. No explanation is required to request a return within the applicable return period.

Customers are solely responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

Return Authorization

Prior to returning merchandise, customers must contact Harevi to obtain return instructions. Failure to follow the provided return procedure may result in delays in processing or the inability to verify the return upon receipt.

Customers are encouraged to utilize a shipping service that provides tracking information, as responsibility for the returned item remains with the customer until the package has been successfully delivered to the designated return address.

Refunds

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Harevi will review and inspect the item to confirm compliance with the conditions set forth in this policy.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Approved refunds are generally processed within seven (7) days following completion of the inspection process.

No restocking fees are charged for approved returns. However, depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider, additional time may be required before the refunded amount appears in the customer's account.

Exchanges

Harevi offers exchanges for eligible merchandise within thirty (30) days of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to the same eligibility requirements applicable to returns.

Items submitted for exchange must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Customers wishing to request an exchange should contact support@harevi.com and provide their order number together with details of the desired replacement item.

Once the original merchandise has been received and inspected, Harevi will provide further instructions regarding the exchange process and product availability.

Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact support@harevi.com as soon as possible after placing their order.

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order enters processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation. Once processing activities have commenced or the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such circumstances, customers may remain eligible to return the merchandise after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives merchandise that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, Harevi should be notified promptly following delivery.

To facilitate review of the issue, customers may be requested to provide their order number together with clear photographs of the item received and, where applicable, the shipping packaging. Following review of the information provided, Harevi will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy based on the circumstances.
