Harevi is committed to processing and delivering customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. Orders submitted through our website are generally reviewed, verified, and prepared for shipment within zero (0) to two (2) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-5) are typically eligible for same-day processing; however, processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, inventory verification, and operational requirements.
Shipping and Delivery
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost for all eligible orders within United States
Following shipment, delivery is generally completed within five (5) to eight (8) business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided once a shipment has been released to the carrier. Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch.
30-Day Return Period

Harevi permits returns within thirty (30) days of the date an order is delivered to the customer. Return requests submitted after the expiration of the thirty-day period will not be eligible for acceptance.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, accessories, and accompanying materials. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
